REAL Under/Unemployment is around 25%. Last month employment wend up 125,000, just to keep even with new people in the work pool you have to add 200,000. “unemployment percentage” went “down” because 375,000 completely gave up.

I like your historical context. The division in our country really started in 1855, when the first bloodshed started to happen in Bleeding Kansas. I believe that painting (at the end of the video) of John Brown was during his stint as a partisan leader in 1850’s Kansas. But, even with the all that blooshed, the public buried their heads in the sand, like they do now. Harper’s Ferry was the same. It wasn’t until the crisis reached critical mass when people finally aknowledged the real problem.

It is interesting that while the three main Western ratings agencies based in New York and London give the US a AAA, or AA+ rating, the Chinese ratings agency Dagong gives the US an A rating, This is the fifth highest credit rating level, which the US shares with Russia, Spain (which was recently bailed for $1 trillion out by the EU), South Africa and Estonia.
This is significant as it is China which is the biggest lender to the US.
