Great explanation about the price of gas.

  4. VTRproductions says:

And Santorum is doing well in GOP polls?

  5. Acheyfeet says:

Oil companies are raising prices, even on the oil they produced at lower costs and have stored away in tanks. That’s just what they do. As far as increasing production–Do we really want to spend all our oil reserves right now? It’s not going anywhere, and it should be used a little more smartly, maybe when our kids and grandkids need it. Let’s use this opportunity to conserve and develop energy alternatives.

  6. SuperNovanika says:

they’ll probably melt all the ice caps with their “geo engineering” technology, not just to protect us from solar flares, replace our natural crops with monsanto crops, and make us feel sick, but drill for oil up in the arctic as their last resort.

    RON PAUL 2012!

  8. QCREIGN says:

Now Rand….you know I love your daddy almost as much as my own. I also colpetely understand keynseian money printing economics. But let us not forget oil speculation on wall street.

  9. QCREIGN says:

Sabre rattling by the chickenhawks as well.

  10. QCREIGN says:

Fuck fraking though. Fraking shakes tectonic plates loose. Do you really want to break up the country. P.S. Keystone is the place where we must disagree. Every cent spent on oil infrastructure is a cent dumped down the toilet. Green energy is the only way for the future, both sustainably, and environmentally.

  11. kgreg2525 says:

Look at the last 10 years of Production and Consumption of gas/oil. Production has increased and Consumption decreased for U.S.A., meaning cost should decrease.
Instead of gazing at gas as our problem, pay attention to the T-Notes the US Gov’t have bought from themselves. They sell a t-note to themselves; so they buy this I.O.U. with printed money (which is an I.O.U. to begin with), and will need to print to pay ourselves off (three loans in one, w/ the worker paying it off through taxes).

  12. gsapp59 says:

So would you prefer a centrally planned price system? Speculators are just responding to the environment. No speculation=No capitalism.
