@reidmustang88 Similar to Marijuana now; it’s not illegal to smoke it, just
    illegal to have/sell/etc it.

  2. contender056 says:

@CatchMeInALie if it’s illegal to have it, it’s illegal to smoke it,
because if you’re smoking it that means you have it. man you’re a dumbass

  3. CatchMeInALie says:

@contender056 Actually no, because just because you have it doesn’t mean
your necessarily going to smoke it, and just because you’re smoking it
doesn’t mean it belongs to you. Like, if you’re playing your friend’s Xbox,
that doesn’t mean it’s yours, does it?

  4. contender056 says:

@CatchMeInALie If a person has it, they’re in trouble. you can’t argue that

  5. addybon222 says:

The 1920’s were so much more advanced no matter what class, race, or
persuasion you were from. Everyone had a piece of the pie. These days it
    seems almost no one does.

  14. Randy Ragsdale says:

Government shouldn’t have the right to regulate what people put inside
their bodies. That’s one of the reasons why Prohibition was unsuccessful.
You can’t govern what people can and cannot drink or can and cannot eat.
That’s a no, no. And that’s big government. You don’t encroach on people’s
rights like that. Same thig with same sex marriage and abortion. Government
doesn’t have a right to tell people how to live their lives. There’s a thin
line between choice & too much government.

  15. allen7959 says:

what’s wrong with cocaine or heroin! I don’t think the government should
have any thing to say with what I drink snort or put in my viens. So long
as I get my check every month.

  16. allen7959 says:
