peter schiff is wrong just most people do not see it. we had huge drop in econmic activity caused that we can not recover so fast. but all the forecasts are predicting next summer economy will pick up big time. houses will not go to the sky but it will gain value a lot from today’s levels. just be patient until the next summer, it has to turn for better because it has nowhere to go down any more.
